2. Description of Service
Chat AI provides an AI-powered chat assistant with multiple language models, blog automation, and SEO tools. We offer both free and paid plans.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Chat AI for any unlawful purpose, to generate harmful or abusive content, to attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service, or to exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means.
5. Free & Paid Plans
Free plan users receive 10 AI requests per day. Paid plans offer higher limits as described on our pricing page. Payments are processed via Razorpay. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
Content you generate using Chat AI belongs to you. However, you grant us a license to use anonymized usage data to improve our service. The Chat AI platform, branding, and code remain the property of K2TechInfo.
7. Limitation of Liability
Chat AI is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. AI responses may contain errors — always verify important information.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
